'Ghost User' in source image causes Windows setup to fail

Issue/Introduction

Customer captured an image of a system that had a 'Ghost User' account in it. Windows setup failed. Windows setup fails stating that the account cannot be processed.

Environment

DS 8.x

Ghost Solution Suite 3.x

Cause

'Ghost User' is an account that is used by DeployAnywhere to process drivers.  This account cannot be present in the source image.

Resolution

Remove any occurrences of 'Ghost User' account before capturing the image from the source computer.
