Issue/Introduction

End-user gets an error message (ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS) when they are trying to load websites in multiple browsers.

Environment

Web Security Service

Cause

When users are connected to a LAN and Wifi, they receive different IP addresses when sending requests to SAML.

This causes too many redirects.

Resolution

Users must use LAN or WIFi.
