The Enforce console shows that 12 incidents appear to be stuck in queue.
That is, the incident queue never drops lower than 12.
This was noticed after the customer added a datafile to the USERS tablespace to correct some 1802 and 1807 errors.

Restarted the "Incident Persister" service.
