Cloud console accounts cannot be deleted

Issue/Introduction

User created primary super admin account and then used that account to create other accounts. When that failed super admin attempted to delete the created account, it was not deleted, had no effect.

Cause

Unknown, possibly due to the email address for the account having been used for other demos/trials.

Resolution

Please contact Symantec Support to have this issue corrected.
