Issue/Introduction

Symantec CCS has introduced support for Sybase ASE on Solaris intel platform in Agent-based mode. Users must push the APU package to the agents to be able to publish the changes done for database support using SQL executor for agent-based execution.

Note: The Database support is available for the platforms, Linux PPC, Solaris Sparc, and IBM AIX

Resolution

You must apply the Quick Fix (QF) 10120 to include the infrastructure support required for Sybase Agent Based data collection. With this QF, the APU updates are installed on a CCS agent.

The following QF package is available for CCS 12.0.1:

CCS_v12.0.1_PU_10120_4198600_QF.zip
