Customer deploys an image using DeployAnywhere and DeployAnywhere determines that there are no drivers to download. With no drivers downloaded DeployAnywhere fails on the second run and the associated Image Job fails as well.
The DStasks.log will show the following error:
..\ClientImageDeploy\Tcube_ClientImageDeploy.[email protected] INFO: drvFileList is empty. No drivers are found to download to local DriverDB'
Deployment Solution 8.x
Because there are no drivers to download, a driversmanifest.txt is not copied locally to the client hard drive. When DeployAnywhere attempts to run the second time it fails because it uses the local driversmanifest.txt file and it isn't present
Workaround:
Add a driver to the DeployAnywhere Driversdatabase that is used by the affected client. DeployAnywhere will detect the driver, download it and run correctly the 2nd time.
Solution:
Issue has been resolved in 8.5 RU1 due to ship first quarter 2019.
