Issue/Introduction

"View File" link on public files not working for O365 in CASB Securlet

"Access Denied" message is returned on the O365 page for Public view file link in the Securlet.

Resolution

This is the normal behavior.

The MS Sharepoint API's don't return the Public URL to CloudSOC. It has a temporary token attached to it and is currently ONLY available through UI and not through APIs. So even if the doc is public, a login would still be required to access the URL.
