Issue/Introduction

Reach Agent allows access to O365 Securlet and OneDrive on Chrome and Firefox, but not on Internet Explorer. 

Cause

IE security settings are preventing traffic proxying to CloudSOC. 

Resolution

Adjustment the security settings to allow the elastica.com site to be passed with 'protected mode' on.
