SYMSA1461: Symantec Messaging Gateway - Multiple Issues

Resolution

No supported Messaging Gateway (SMG) releases (10.7.0 and greater) are affected by any issue covered by this advisory.

 

If you are running SMG 10.6.6 or earlier you should upgrade at your earliest convenience.

Upgrade Considerations

An issue with the validation of TLS certificates used for secure DDS / LDAP connections has been uncovered in Messaging Gateway 10.6.6. If your SMG environment uses secure LDAP for directory integration, please see Directory Integration TLS connection fails after upgrade to 10.6.6 for details and workarounds.
