iPXE is installed but the iPXE site isn't present in IIS for Ghost Solution Suite

Issue/Introduction

After installing the optional iPXE component  for Ghost Solution Suite the iPXE site is not present under IIS.

Environment

GSS 3.x

Cause

A Role Service is missing from IIS

Resolution

Check and make sure the IIS Management Scripts and Tools is installed for IIS under the Role Services, and if it is missing please add it and then reinstall iPXE through the Component Install:
