iPXE is installed but the iPXE site Isn't Present in IIS for Ghost Solution Suite 3.3

Issue/Introduction

After installing the optional component iPXE within Ghost Solution Suite 3.3 the iPXE site is not present under IIS.

Environment

Ghost Soluiont Suite 3.3

Cause

A role service is missing from IIS

Resolution

Check and make sure the IIS Management Scripts and Tools is installed for IIS under the Role Services

If this role service is missing please add it and then reinstall iPXE through Component Install.
