Network Discovery is not finding all active devices on the network. The devices respond to a ping to both the IP Address and the Name, but Network Discovery does not discover these devices.

This is a known issue.
This issue has been fixed in our ITMS 8.5 RU1 Release and later.
For previous versions:
The fixes are attached to this article. Please follow the instructions to apply the fix. One fix was made for version 8.1 RU7, and will work on RU6 as well.
If you are not on one of these versions, please upgrade first.
The second fix was made for version 8.5 (GA).
