Endpoint Prevent is not detecting SMTP violations

Issue/Introduction

The Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Endpoint Prevent is not detecting SMTP violations.
Using some test data that should trigger an incident, some of the endpoints are not reporting the violation.

Environment

DLP 14.6 MP2
Could affect any version.

Cause

We found two causes:
1. The Endpoint Agent was not installed on the test computer.
2. The Endpoint Agent was disabled on the test computer.

Resolution

Install or enable the Endpoint Agent on the computers on which you want to detect SMTP violations using Endpoint Prevent.
