Issue/Introduction

We recently upgraded our SMP.  Trying to stage the latest Adobe patch and also update PMImport fails.  These were working fine before the upgrade.

Download failed for: https://www.<host name>.<DomainName>/flashplayer/pdc/30.0.0.154/install_flash_player.exe

The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish a trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel.

The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure.

Cause

During the upgrade, the Proxy settings were removed

Resolution

Add the correct Proxy Settings back to the SMP Console, and downloads were successful.
