Issue/Introduction

When you have multiple Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) 14.2 domains setup and when logged into a specific SEPM domain as "Administrator" (not as System Administrator), you see the cumulative total for all SEPM domain computers needing a restart rather than just the specific domain that you are logged into.

 

Cause

[adminType] is blank after call preparePermissionChecks(). The query to get restart client number from certain domain admin doesn't filter the adminType condition and return results from all domain.

Resolution
