Must clear User ThreatScore for individual or all users in CloudSOC Tenant.
Work through the following to reset User threat scores:
- Open the CloudSOC Tenant; select the Detect icon on the left panel and click on the Users in the slide-out menu.
- Enable the check-box to the left of the User's name or enable the check-box Select All Users.
- Click on the Reset ThreatScore button as seen below:
