When selecting one of many replicated patch policies a banner is visible at the top of the policy:
You cannot manage software updates, because Patch Metadata for Windows is not replicated. Please, enable corresponding Patch data replication rule on parent server.

There is no schedule history for the "Import Patch Data for Windows" task, because it was deleted or cleaned up by the Task Cleanup policy. If there is no historical runtime information then this UI will be errantly returned.
This is a cosmetic problem. It should not affect the ability of patch policies to work when enabled.
