Process View Page is Incorrectly Rendering Text Array Variables in Localized Workflow and Servicedesk

Issue/Introduction
When adding a custom data field to a process view that contains a text array, the contents are not being properly rendered.
In a simple example, the text array contains 2 values, 'MXD' and 'USD' That should be rendered on the process view page as:
MXD
USD
Instead, the data is rendered as follows:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-16"?>
This has been reported in Portuguese installations, and is also reproducible in Spanish. N/A

At this point there is no know workaround or solution. You can edit the process view page to uncheck the "Escape HTML" box, which will render the values, but it leaves HTML line break <br> code in place. but you can get the values rendered
