Issue/Introduction

CloudSOC

Created a SCP/SFTP data source but cannot connect to upload.elastica.net with WinSCP to upload files.

Server unexpectedly closed network connection.

Cause

WinSCP tries to keep the connection open, but CloudSOC closes it very quickly. 

Resolution

Use the command line to copy the file. 

To scp in Windows, install PuTTY and open the Command prompt.
Run:
pscp -scp <local filepath> <user>@upload.elastica.net:<remote filepath>
