Issue/Introduction

• Live Update Administrator (LUA) definitions stop downloading appropriately
• Machines are missing their latest definitions
• Out of disk space
• LUA Auto-Purge doesn't work as expected

Cause

Due to insufficient disk space and automatic purging isn't working as expected

Resolution

1. Open Services.msc
2. Restart both the LUA services:

• LUA Apache Tomcat
• LUA PostgreSQL

NOTE: Once completed, the automatic purge should have occurred to free up space and fix the issue.
