CASB CloudSoc SiteMinder SSO getting 400 error

Issue/Introduction

The SP initiated flow is redirecting to provider and returning a 400 error:

HTTP Status 400 - <H2> Bad Request </H@<BR><BR> The ###### could not be found. 

Cause

SSO Binding is set to Redirect

Resolution

Change SSO Binding to HTTP-Post, as per Tech Doc in section:  - Configuring a SiteMinder Partnership
