Issue/Introduction

The SP initiated flow is redirecting to provider and returning a 400 error:

Cause

SSO Binding is set to Redirect

Resolution

Change SSO Binding to HTTP-Post, as per Tech Doc in section:  - Configuring a SiteMinder Partnership:
