Issue/Introduction

Deactivate was grayed out because there was a blank value in the account field. The blank (Null) account could not be deleted. Therefore deactivate was not available as an option.

Cause

The null account was not valid so it would not allow the deactivation.

Environment

Salesforce Securlet. Any environment.

Resolution

Customer went to the deactivate page, hit purge, and then was able to rename the null account to a named account, then it let them deactivate. They were then able to Activate the securlet and create a new account.
