When CloudSOC (CASB) Gateway is being activated an email with the Cloud SWG (formerly WSS) Integration ID is sent to the Administrator.
Sometimes that email with the Integration ID may be sent to a different Administrator, be lost, or get misplaced.
If the Cloud SWG (formerly WSS) Integration ID is missing open a CASB Support case and include the CASB Tenant ID that needs to be connected with Cloud SWG tenant
CASB Support can then provide the Cloud SWG Integration ID to the Administrator to configure integration with CASB.
