Users are out of alphabetic order when searching for an object owner in the drop down box

Issue/Introduction

When searching in the drop down box for an artifact owner some names are showing up out of alphabetic order.  What is wrong and how can this be fixed?

 

Note here that 'Einstein C' is at the bottom of the list.

Environment

Component: ACSAAS

Resolution

The user account for Einstein does not have a Display Name and thus the search list is showing that user as 'firstname lastname initial'.  While it shows up in the search, it is out of order or at the bottom of the list.

Note that Einstein has no Display Name entered here;

 

Enter a Display Name for Einstein;

Return to your search, refresh the page, now the user is in correct order using the Display Name;
