Allowed servers are gone from the servers tab in the gateway for Cloud Enabled Management clients

Gateway server does not show the servers that were added to the servers tab.

Servers are missing from the servers tab in the console. However, looking in the ns-support.conf file the servers are still listed.


This issue showed up after an upgrade to 8.1 RU7.   The CEM gateway had not been upgraded.

Try the following steps:

  1. Copy the new gateway MSI to the gateway machine and install it. 
  2. If still the servers did not show, reboot the gateway servers and check if the servers tab appeared and the gateway started communicating again.
