Issue/Introduction

Remote push of Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) client to a Windows 10 PC with firewall enabled does not open GUI and pops-up with an error.

Removing firewall component fixes the issue.

Error: "services not started"  

Cause

The reason is due to a corrupt package.

Resolution

Create new package 

Do a clean install of Endpoint protection client to windows 10 machines
