Limitations on data during DLP Enforce server outage

Issue/Introduction

Concern over data integrity during DLP Enforce outage.  

Environment

CASB integrated with DLP connector. 

Cause

DLP Enforce outage.

Resolution

Incidents continue to be flagged in CloudSOC with an unlimited amount that can get flagged during the outage. Once a week the flagged incidents will be uploaded. When the Enforce server is back up, the flagged incidents will be uploaded to the Enforce server.
