Issue/Introduction

Users in the CloudSOC tenant are showing as inactive 

Resolution

To activate a user within CloudSOC, do the following:

  1. Click the Users option for the Users drop down


     
  2. Find the desired user to activate
     
  3. Click the Actions Drop Down and click Activate User

 

Alternatively, you have the option of synchronizing users, and their attributes, on a more granular level by leveraging Directory synchronization

IMPORTANT: Users must be unique across tenants. So if a user such as ####@example.com is activated in a production tenant, they cannot be active in another tenant such as a test tenant. The user can exist in both tenants, but can only be active in one tenant at a time.
