Users in the CloudSOC tenant are showing as inactive
To activate a user within CloudSOC, do the following:
Alternatively, you have the option of synchronizing users, and their attributes, on a more granular level by leveraging Directory Sync (DSS).
IMPORTANT: Users must be unique across CloudSOC tenants. So if a user such as ####@example.com is activated in a production tenant, ####@example.com cannot be active in another CloudSOC tenant such as a test tenant.
The user can exist in both tenants, but can only be active in one CloudSOC tenant at a time.
