Error regarding mounting /sys filesystem is seen during Messaging Gateway installation

Issue/Introduction

During the installation of Symatec Messaging Gateway (SMG) on Hyper-V, an error indicating that the /sys filesystem cannot be mounted is printed to the Hyper-V console.

Resolution

The /sys filesystem is not required by the SMG installation. This error has no effect on the installation or subsequent operation of SMG and may be safely ignored.

The underlying cause of the error will be addressed in a future release.
