When a domain has a malformed DMARC record in the DNS, Symantec Messaging Gateway (SMG) will return a DMARC status of "none" for messages from that domain rather than "permerror".
SMG 10.7.4 and earlier treat DNS errors as a 'none' result rather than 'temperror'.
