Windows Desktop Experience must be disabled on the SMP server.

The following registry key is used to determine if it is enabled.

Once you disable a reboot is required.   The follwoing registry key is checked after disabling the Windows Desktop Experience.  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\isPendingReboot
