Issue/Introduction

How do I change the default timeout on the CloudSOC (CASB) session?

Resolution

The default CloudSOC session idle timeout is 15 minutes. 

The timeout setting can be adjusted in CloudSOC / Settings / General to a maximum of 30 minutes.

Go to Settings/General and scroll down to bottom for this tenant-wide setting which will apply to all SysAdmins & Admins
