Content Analysis GUI returns "An error occurred and the data is not updating..."

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading from 1.3.7.4 to 2.3.1.1 (following the upgrade steps as outlined in the documentation) the customer started to get random error messages in the GUI

"An error occurred and the data is not updating. [Unable to load request for stats min]"

or

"-1 Objects Blocked"

The error message would vary depending upon the page being viewed.

Resolution

This typically occurs when the CA device is experiencing high CPU which doesn't allow the GUI to collect and display the information in a timely manner. Version 2.3.1.1 is known to have a bug which causes spikes in CPU the bug is resolved in 2.3.1.2
