Removable Media Policy tab does not appear in Endpoint Encryption Management Agent

Issue/Introduction

The Removable Media Policy tab does not appear when you open SEE Management Agent.

Environment

Endpoint Encryption 11.0 and above with Removable Media Encryption enabled.

Cause

This is by design.

Resolution

When you double click on the SEE Management Agent shortcut, the Policy tab will not be shown, even if your Windows account has local administrator permissions on the computer.

The Policy tab is shown only when you right click on the shortcut and choose Run as administrator.
