The ClientNet Portal looks wrong or appears differently than it should

You have browsed to and the site is not displaying correctly within your browser.


We have made some improvements to the portal and given it a new User Interface.


If you are experiencing issues with the portal being displayed correctly please do the following.

- Press Ctrl+F5 on your keyboard.

If you still see issues after this then clear cookies and cache then restart your browser. For help with any other browser, refer to your browsers help section.

To clear cookies and cache in Internet Explorer:

  1. Go To Tools > Internet Option > In “General” tab click on “delete” button under the “Browsing History” Section.
  • OR press “ CTRL + Shift + Delete”  to open “Delete Browsing History”
  1. Select  “Preserve Favorites website data”, “Temporary Internet files and website files” and “Cookies and website data” and Click on “Delete”
  2. Now Click On “apply” button and then “OK”
  3. Close the browser and open it again

To clear cookies and cache in Firefox:

  1. Go to History > Clear Recent History
  2. On “Clear All History“ Pop-up,  Select Time range to clear  >  Everything
  3. Select “Browsing & Download History”, “Cookies”, “Cache” and “Offline Website Data”.
  4. Click on  “Clear Now” button
  5. Close the browser and open it again

To clear cookies and cache in Chrome:

  1. Go To History > History > Clear browsing data
  2. Select “Time range” as “All Time”
  3. Select “Cookies and other site data”  and  “Cached images and files”
  4. Click on “Clear Data” Button
  5. Close the browser and open it again
