Its not possible to Rollback multiple KB patches at one shot using CA - Win OS/Office Patch Uninstaller 1.0.

There is a package (CA - Win OS/Office Patch Uninstaller 1.0) in Patch Manager which can be used to rollback individual KB patches installed using Full/Delta/Intelle rollups. Please refer the following document on how to rollback individual patches.
