Internet Explorer 11 cannot connect to the internet with PAC file

Issue/Introduction

Internet Explorer 11 will not connect to the internet while using the following PAC file:  https://portal.threatpulse.com/pac 

Google Chrome works as expected with same settings


 

"This page cannot be displayed"


 

Environment

Internet Explorer 11

Resolution

Navigate to: Internet Options> Connections> LAN Settings. Update your configuration script for your PAC file location to be http://portal.threatpulse.com/pac select OK.
