The scheduled updates for the Control Compliance Suite Vulnerability Manager (CCSVM) Console are not working. By default it runs at midnight local time, but only the Network Scanner part gets updated.
The SyncIT scheduler is only running on the network scanner part.
To resolve this issue, you need to rename a registry key.
IMPORTANT : Make a backup of the registry before editing it.
Go to the following key :
Rename the registry key called "RetinaCS" To "Symantec_CCS-VM_Console"
After the key will look like this :
@="Add a string value for each product to be update with a valid schedule value."
After that go to services in control panel and restart the following services:
