Cylance returns a score of -1

Issue/Introduction

The extension on an executable file was changed to".zip"
When this file was processed by Cylance it returned a score of -1

Environment

Content Analysis 1.3 and 2.x

Resolution

According to Cylance this is expected behavior as Cylance has no way of detecting that the file is an executable and not really a compressed file, as a result it will not be able to process the file correctly and will return the score of -1
