This issue is fixed in the v4 or later Inventory fix rollup. It can be found HERE
. Steps to apply the fix are below.
- Log onto the Symantec Management Platform (SMP) server with the Application Identity credentials
- Extract the archive downloaded from the linked article to a folder on the SMP Server that is not the install directory for Altiris.
- Run PFInstaller2.exe and choose to install.
- Enable the plug-in upgrade policies for Inventory Plug-in and Application Metering.
