Endpoint Protection Mobile

Issue/Introduction

When using Symantec Endpoint Protection Mobile's (SEP Mobile) AirWatch integration, you notice that the sync between SEP Mobile and AirWatch stopped working.

The error:  "wrong username or password", appears in the SEP Mobile Management Console : 

Cause

AirWatch confirmed that there has been a change in the permissions for administrators account in their 9.3 version.

Resolution

The AirWatch Administrator should change the SEP Mobile's API user's password, and input the new password in SEP Mobile's "Basic Integration Setup" password field.
