Error 5007 - networking error is returned with attempting communication with PUSH or the VIP cloud (such as an IA call).
This error is the result of the inability of the service to reach an external connection such as the VIP Cloud or PUSH connectors.
Check your proxy settings. Whitelisting all Symantec.com URLs. Any conditions that could block the request from getting to Symantec will result in this error. If on mobile, disconnect from WiFi to troubleshoot it if's a network issue.
