While setting up your integration to WSS you receive the following error:
"The CASB audit integration and provisioning failed. Change your configuration OR call support."
or
"This domain name is already registered with another customer"
"The CASB audit integration and provisioning failed. Change your configuration OR call support."
or
"This domain name is already registered with another customer"
Either the account has already been provisioned or the provisioning has become corrupt for an unknown reason.
There are two pieces that must be done to resolve this issue.
Please open a ticket with Customer Care to have the CASB teams process the unlinking once you have reset the WSS integration.
