Web Security Service - WSS CASB Audit CASB Gateway Advanced Data Loss Prevention Cloud Package

Issue/Introduction

While setting up your integration to WSS you receive the following error:

"The CASB audit integration and provisioning failed. Change your configuration OR call support."

or

"This domain name is already registered with another customer"

"The CASB audit integration and provisioning failed. Change your configuration OR call support."

or 

"This domain name is already registered with another customer"

Cause

Either the account has already been provisioned or the provisioning has become corrupt for an unknown reason.

Resolution

There are two pieces that must be done to resolve this issue.

  1. You need to remove the CASB integration from the tenant in WSS and then add it back as described in [1][2]
  2. The CASB team will need to unlink the casbexpert.com from the tenant.

Please open a ticket with Customer Care to have the CASB teams process the unlinking once you have reset the WSS integration.
