Custom exception page appears blank ProxySG or Advanced Secure Gateway

When you view the HTML output in the Management Console on ProxySG or Advanced Secure Gateway (ASG) viewer, you are only able to see the name of the exception page you created.

For example, you created an exception page named user-defined_aexcep. The page appears as follows:


The name of the custom exception page is preceded with "user-defined".


It is not necessary to precede the name with "user-defined." Recreate the exception page with a correct name.
