Creating vantage WebUI database failed at STC Startup

Issue/Introduction

What should I do when at CA Vantage WEBUI startup I get the message saying that there is not enough space for creating the VantageDB? 

 "01/11/18 08/03:15 Failed to create database. Please check the space available or the Java version...

Resolution

Check that the STC SYSIN parameter _BPX_SHAREAS is set to NO like it is delivered by default
