Issue/Introduction

Creating a new Admin user in CloudSOC with custom permissions. 

Resolution

To create an Admin user in CloudSOC, an access profile must be created first to include at least one Elastica app and one cloud service.

• Click on Users > Access Profiles on the top bar in the CloudSOC app.  
  Reference tech note “Creating an access profile” found in the knowledge base under Using Access Profiles.

If no access profile is created, the Admin tab is grayed out or disabled under “Add New Users > User status”.
