  • Cannot activate Office 365 Securlet in CloudSOC
  • Adding addition Office 365 Securlets to CloudSOC fail

The user that activates Office 365 needs to be in the primary or secondary domain registered in CloudSOC

A tenant registers with CloudSOC with a domain. The Office 365 Securlet is then activated with an admin of the same domain. No additional domain needs to be added.

The activation fails if the admin is from a domain other than the one used to register with CloudSOC.

Multiple domains can be added as secondary domains.

For example:

  • > is the Default domain for the tenant
  • > is Domain # 2
  • > is Domain # 3

If an admin with an email like [email protected] needs to activate the Office 365 Securlet, then needs to be added as a secondary domain.

The same applies when the admin has an email like [email protected]

If you would like to add a secondary domain, please contact Customer Support
