Issue/Introduction
The customer wants to temporarily disable the ServiceNow Securlet
Resolution
You may wish to temporarily disable the ServiceNow securlet. Follow these steps to disable the
securlet:
- Login to Elastica CloudSOC using your administrative credentials.
- Go to the Elastica App Store by clicking Store in the left side navigation bar.
- Scroll down to Securlets section, locate the ServiceNow Securlet and click Remove .
- CloudSOC prompts you to confirm by entering your primary domain (as shown on the Settings > General tab) Enter the domain information and click Remove . CloudSOC displays a message that the ServiceNow Securlet has been successfully disabled.
Please note (it is important to wait at least 30 minutes between each activating or deactivating action.
