Issue/Introduction

In the Unified Agent (UA), the user name shows as non-interactive-user. This prevents a custom policy being applied to those computers because there is no user associated with them.

"CTC: delayed - no network connection"

Cause

  • The Cloud Traffic Controller (CTC) IP addresses are not added in your firewall: 199.19.250.203 and 199.116.168.203
  • Antivirus software prevents the communication of UA to the IP addresses mentioned.

Resolution

  • Add the CTC IP addresses to your firewall.
  • Make sure your antivirus firewall monitor for port 443 is disabled.
