Unable to download today's log file from the Cloud

Issue/Introduction

Today's logs in the Reporting section are being required but are not available for download. WSS stopped to create the logs files. The report was displayed on 12th March (one day before today).

 

 

 

Resolution

As the day has not finished, the full day log is not complete and ready to download yet. 
The latest segment of today's log can be downloaded following these steps:

  1. Switch the log Type from Day to Hour.
  2. Select today's date on the Date Filter to narrow it down.

Once the day is finished, the full log will be available to download.
