How is an email, file, or folder considered exposed according to the Google Apps Securlet?

Resolution

An email is considered exposed if it has vulnerabilities and sent to at least one external person.

Whereas a file or folder is considered exposed if it is shared publicly and/or with everyone within the company and/or one or more external persons.
