How is an email, file, or folder considered exposed according to the Google Apps Securlet?

Resolution

Files:

A file or folder is considered to be exposed if it is shared in one of these ways:

1. Shared publicly 
2. Shared with everyone within the company
3. Shared with one or more external persons.

 

"Emails":

Whereas an email is considered exposed if it has vulnerabilities and sent to at least one external person.
